January 19, 2024 Lynch files motion to Deny Extension for McIntosh Hearing set for January 22, 2024

Even after Judge Wu denied the government's motion to continue Lynch's McIntosh hearing Free Federal Public Defenders finished their work that was already in progress to deny the motion.

"Lynch hereby submits his opposition to the government’s ex parte application to take the hearing set for Monday, January 22, 2024 off calendar " (Dkt. No. 563.) The government’s desperation to avoid the consequences of its abandonment of its duty in this case is plain. The hearing must procced, and the government must be held accountable for it’s “pattern of nonfeasance.” (Dkt. No. 562 at 7 n.6.)
