Free at last! I was under federal prosecution for nearly 17 years, 27% of my life, for operating a perfectly operated city sanctioned medical marijuana dispensary in Morro Bay California. On April 23, 2024 my case was officially dismissed and my bogus felony convictions dismissed. USA vs Lynch the longest most expensive federal medical marijuana prosecution in US and possibly World History. The emerging cannabis industry left me behind with little to no help battling it out with the Feds on my own. I am no longer a part of the industry.
